Fratello's Jesmond Newcastle

Eating was enormous, but service was very bad. waited an hour between the starter and the head and waited half an hour until our empty teller are deleted from the table, and that was only after we had called a manager when it went out over a sweat.

We had a common plate to begin and it was very tasty and plentiful. penny ariabata was tasty but penne slightly soft. the bark and pork lasagne was excessively tomato taste. the green salate was crushed in oil. but the pizzas we didn't look good. the price was fair.

My son, daughter, partner and I had a selection of very different things about our three courses and everything was excellent. the food was very delicious, well thought out and also good value. will definitely be back to visit if in the opposite.

Service very poor, long waits no cutlery, eating not hot. complained and adapting to bill.

Fratello's is a convenient place to eat when staying at the Holiday Inn Jesmond. It was very busy in the Restaurant and as such the service was very slow- 15 to 20 mins before our bread platter arrived! Quality of food was excellent and the staff delightful.
