Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have been hesitant to write this review for a while now, as I was coerced by the company. I received the incorrect, cheaper product instead of what I had ordered. When I approached them about it, they insisted that I drive to their location to exchange it. Despite initially requesting and paying for delivery, they were unable to honor this and I was required to collect the product myself, with no refund for the delivery fee. I explained that I did not have transportation and had to arrange for a ride to pick up the product, which was not feasible for me to do again. They refused to exchange the item unless I made the journey, even though I had already paid for delivery which they could not fulfill. Eventually, I gave up on returning the product and asked for a refund on the price difference between the item I had purchased and the cheaper one I had received. However, once I left a negative review, the company demanded that I remove it in exchange for a partial refund. They held onto my £20 until I complied. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
So me and my friends have just ordered an order that is nearly £100 worth of food, we ordered this 12:05am and it didn’t arrive till 1:30ish there was no updates or information if the food is on its way or not , so I had called the place up to ask the man was very rude so we had hung up the phone we then called again and the man was rude yet again telling us the place was closed (although it shuts at 2am) and then told us it didn’t order to our location and then told us best look next time we had called again after the man hung up on us and then a woman answered who was lovely and apologised for the previous calls we had , the food had arrived the delivery person was lovely but our food was not aesthetically pleasing to look at and all of the food was cold not happy and will never look to come back here again I would not recommend and am highly disappointed
Terrible experience, cakes were delivered destroyed and our order wasn't correct at all some things were out of stock and swapped for different items we never asked for! We had no clue this was going to happen at least give us a courtesy email or call? Reached out to customer service and it was so draining talking to people who don't even care about their customers! No refund offered just a small discount but why would we want a discount when our cakes were terrible tasting, wrong order and a terrible experience dealing with this company There was cake crumbs all outside the boxes the cakes were chocolate based and this terrible if you have pets as chocolate is extremely toxic for pets such as cats and dogs! We opened the box to find the order smashed to pieces and crumbs covered across our kitchen floor!
Cake has come damaged no good to me now was going to be a nice surprise for my daughter terrible keep trying phone no answer
Paid for cakes to be delivered for a birthday and we were told the day of that they have cancelled the order and it will be delivered later in the week. They are also flat out refusing to provide a refund.
