This restaurant is terrible and cannot seem to get anything right. They forgot half of our order so it was almost as if it wasn't sent at all.
Long wait seems more bothered about delivery was ignored come cold said ord was ready sat thare for ages dealing with delivery orders never go again
We ordered at the self-service kiosk, but after waiting for 25 minutes, we went to the counter to inquire about our order. Unfortunately, our order had been lost in their system. The staff member we spoke to was very rude and unapologetic, telling us we would have to wait despite the mistake. When my partner addressed her attitude, she simply walked away. The manager and another staff member were also rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty, especially considering it was still breakfast hours. It's best to avoid this place as they clearly do not care about their customers. Save your money and support businesses that deserve it. If the visible areas are that unkempt, who knows what the kitchen looks like.
Broke 10 years of me being vegeterian. Waited half an hour for them to give me chicken when I’m veggie, messed up the dip too. They put chicken in my order! If you take that long on an order at least get it right! Wasn’t the only one waiting, so many people were waiting and sweating buckets because they’d left their coats on from coming from the cold thinking it would be a quick nip in and out. But nooooo. B awful. If I could give this no star I would. Breaking 10 years of being a vegetarian. I was fuming.
