Canyon Springs Stage Stop Steakhouse

This is AMAZING! Steak is the best we ever had! In the mouth literally melts. The shrimps were also cooked for perfection. The owners are charming and very entertaining. This place is out of the beaten path and away into the forest. The view is breathtaking. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Had a delicious meal here in June 2016, and I can't recommend it very much. Huge portions, perfectly cooked steak, great sides, excellent service.

This place is a small piece of heaven. The food is amazing and the owners are the sweetest couple you will ever meet. We sat and saw the deer through the big windows while we enjoyed the best steak we ever had. You have a pretty collection of historical pieces to watch. Definitely worth the trip!

We stayed here on the way to Deadwood after a friend had recommended it. 3 miles dirty road and we found it! Those were the hands down, the best steak I've ever had! It was one of those meals you finish every last piece, no matter how full you are, that is how delicious it is. On the delicious food, the place is practically an old western museum and very interesting to look around. The owners are also very friendly and personal. They sat with us at the end of our meal and we all chat for an hour. I recommend this restaurant and will be back for more!

Been here twice now and both times Judy delivered from the kitchen! I 've enjoyed the Real Deal and must confess that it certainly is the real deal! The food and atmosphere here truly are world class! My wife and I are frequent world travelers. It 's difficult for us to think of better dinning experiences anywhere.
