Dunkin' - Newburgh

One of the nicest, brightest Dunkin ' Donuts I 've ever been in. The young man (who I think could be the manager) was kind, polite and patient. I watched him training a new employee and thought 'What a lucky guy to be trained by someone so very nice, thorough and patient. ' And I was double lucky to arrive when they still had Chocolate-filled Bavarian cream donuts. Yum-my!!!!

The donuts were really nice. The lady did her job but she wasn't that friendly

Lady an derke very rude no customer service at all. she looks like she doesn't like her job or when someone goes around to order something. I will not return to this place will drive the extra time to go to vails gate on the one hand.

There was only one person working and they had no hot chocolate at 6pm

The cashier was clearly overwhelmed and rude. Thankfully the young woman making food helped out but the wait was long with a bad attitude from the start of our interaction. I hope he has a better day soon. Get some more workers for this location,corporate!
