Red Wok - Newberry

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. The owner's young son, around six years old, was running around the restaurant, screaming and yelling the entire time we were there. The food appeared as if it had been sitting out all day. The egg rolls and rangoons were stale. Even when they finally brought out new dishes, the food tasted reheated and far from fresh. I will never return to this restaurant.

My main issue is that I can't always find all of my favorite Chinese dishes there. It's essential to arrive early, whether for lunch or dinner, because if you don’t, the food tends to dry out and become unappetizing. So, plan to eat dinner early, around five, and lunch by noon. Stick to your favorite dishes and avoid trying anything unfamiliar. While you may not find all your favorites, there’s still plenty to enjoy.

The food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for quite some time. There wasn't much variety on the buffet, and a small child was running around, nearly tripping me twice. I've dined here many times before and have never encountered this issue. I don't intend to return.

Worst buffet ever. What little food was on the buffet was terrible and tasted stale. The sushi looked like it was melting and was not even making contact with the cold table. The cleanliness was atrocious. Floor was so greasy my son fell down. The table was sticky all over. The light switch in the ladies room looked like it should have been in a mechanics shop because it was so filthy. Just ?! I hope we don’t get sick from the little bit of food we did eat.

I usually don't comment of customer service because all I care about is the food. But both were great ! Portions were big and it tastes fresh !
