Fairfax is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the West Village. The cozy atmosphere and unique selection of wines by the glass make it a standout among local eateries. The food is simply amazing, and the egg sandwich I had was the best I've ever tasted, thanks to the special bread. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, good coffee, and a charming dining experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Fairfax. Our waitress, Lila, was SO warm, welcoming and we had a great interaction! I came for the burger and it lived up to the hype for sureeee. It was a little saucy but ya girl is a sauce queen so it was perfect for me! The olive oil cake was the best one I’ve ever had. The blueberry compote was magical a must get! I’ll def be back :

Tasty burgers and quick service with friendly waiters and a great date-night atmosphere. Ate dinner here before going to the nearby jazz bar and thought the burger was very tasty and fries perfectly salted. There are a lot of fun decorations to look at as well in the location and the bathroom has some interesting engineering drawings and a unique door closing mechanism with weights. Would definitely recommend this place for the beginning of a date night or grabbing a quick bite between date adventures in the city.

The food and service are fantastic! The general manager, Vishwas Wesley is also great. He is always warm and welcoming. Wonderful dining experience.
