Love Panera! I always come here when I’m around Times Square. I really recommend their you pick two combination, their warm teriyaki bowl, and the sandwiches. Also their sip club there’s a 1 month free trial and you’re able to get unlimited drinks the passion papaya iced green tea is the best IMO (not overly sweet)

Panera App stinks when it comes to execution... ordered my sick girlfriend soups, salad and sandwich... she is like bed ridden with the flu. I ordered at 11:30am before the lunch rush. the tracking on the app is not working... it said it was made. called many times they said it was picked up. so the dasher must have took it... but the app had NO visibility to what was going on. after calling 3 times, I got connected to the manager, he told me there is NOTHING for him to do, that I need to call Door Dash. like what! it is not my problem there 3rd party partner cant do a simple delivery... and now i need to call to get my money back. not ordering from Panera online again.

Delicious broccoli and cheddar soup. Great bagels favourite ones plain, asiago cheese and everything. Toasted with cream cheese and whipped butter. Very nice staff members and good atmosphere.

Good food, as is always expected from Panera, but we were waiting 50 minutes for our order, which was incorrect when we got it. Didn't bother to try to rectify it because it would have meant waiting even longer. The problem seemed to be with the order dispatch system kitchen team putting the bagged orders on a counter, another member of staff then digging through the bags to identify the order and then shouting out the name, and another just standing there watching. Highly slow and inefficient.

They hire anyone nowadays. No matter what you order pick up, delivery… average wait time is 35 mins. They even can messed up if you just getting a cup from their subscription. This particular person has such a nasty attitude towards customer, insults before picking up a phone call. Such a garbage place.
