Le Pain Quotidien 5th Ave

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Le Pain! We have been to many other restaurants in the city that had incredibly slow service, but this place had quick and friendly service!

Today, we only had baked goods, pre-portioned dishes, and coffee at this restaurant. Next time, we may try something else on their menu. All the items we had were delicious and the service at the counter was friendly.

Be cautious of their takeaway coffee cups! They are very fragile and broke in my hand. If you prefer to avoid burnt skin, stick to ordering iced coffee or skip the coffee altogether.

This restaurant is charming, but the food doesn't quite justify the price. The tiny waffles were quite delicious, but it was clear they were not freshly made since you could purchase the same ones packaged at the counter. It felt like more of a fast food experience in that regard.

My fellow white people this is an amazing spot. for my poc's please stay clear; their drinks are alright but everything else is sick. the bread is god awful and their meats are extremely undercooked and unseasoned
