Kung Fu Tea - New York City

I brought my tea-loving friend to this place for her first experience with Boba tea. The barista was incredibly patient, answering our questions and providing great recommendations, which we truly appreciated! They made the ordering process simple by breaking it down into steps. I'm also pleased that they offer different levels of sweetness and ice, allowing us to customize our drinks. We both went with 30% sweetness, and it turned out to be just right! Additionally, I was happy to find a small, clean seating area where we could enjoy our drinks away from the summer heat and humidity.

The matcha milk tea is incredibly delicious! Yan, the girl at the register, is very kind and helpful.

The tea is fantastic, and the customer service is excellent. The place is clean and has a pleasant aroma. The customer restroom is tidy as well. The staff greets you with friendly smiles. Overall, I would rate the service as 5 out of 5.

Kung Fu Tea is solid in NYC! I've had it in other states and it isn't as good. That being said, I will stop by if I'm nearby. The pricing is on the cheaper side as far as milk teas go these days. I usually go for fruit teas here. The orange or white peach are my favorites.

Not much to say about this franchise. The bubble tea and milk tea are always mid. Never good but always solid.
