Please shut this location down. They makeup bs rules and have the worst customer service. Do not spend your money at this location!

The bagels are quite hard. Would only recommend the donuts.

I placed my order and my order was prepared. When I went to pay I was racially profiled and ignored for another customer who walked in after me of a Caucasian background. When I made the statement May you complete servicing me as a customer , the staff rudely told me Get Out . This place of business needs proper customer service skills training, basic English understanding, and pronciacian courses for their employees. I had difficulty communicating with all the staff in basic English due to their pronciacian challenges. I don 't think they comprehend English very well either.As I left, I decided to go further down the street to another Dunkin location where I received superb service from the staff in comparison to this location.2258 1st Ave., New York, NY 10035 Dunkin is a hundred times better than 147 E 116th St, New York, NY 10029 Dunkin location.

Never gave fresh muffins I ordered a muffin and it was so stale couldn’t even bite it they don’t have the time to make new ones

Great place doughnuts was fresh and my coldbrew was perfectly made...
