Wolfgang's Steak House Times Square

We used to have one of these restaurants in Miami, FL, and we had to give it a try here in New York during our vacation. We recall the excellent service we received before, such as being offered water while we waited for our table and having the crumbs cleared from our table. The Times Square location had very good steak, but the lobster was disappointing—almost twice the price we expected after we brought it up. Throughout our dining experience, we were seldom checked on, and our table was left with empty plates and crumbs. The level of service we anticipated was not met, which significantly diminished our overall experience.

Eating here is excellent. we both had steak. the steaks were of excellent quality and very large. I had bratkartoffels that were so good. my man enjoyed framed spinat. we have divided a mixed green salate. the greens were of very good quality. we have divided tartufo, that is all pistachios. the personal is friendly and offers a very good service. several birthdays were celebrated while we were there. we highly recommend this restaurant.

Great experience. The service was amazing and very fast. The food was perfect and the drinks were strong.

I have to say this is one of the better steakhouse experiences in a city known for great steakhouse experiences. I highly recommend this location. Great staff adds to the great food.
