I really enjoyed this place, they even had the Giants game playing in the background.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I made a reservation for a party of 9 several months in advance, hoping to enjoy a nice meal and cocktails with friends before a concert. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find a table set for only 4 people. I was then informed that when making a reservation, only 4 chairs were guaranteed, despite this not being clearly stated on their website or OpenTable. I even confirmed and adjusted the reservation time with the event planner, who also failed to mention this policy. If I had known beforehand, I would have chosen a different establishment that could accommodate our group. If you have a party of 4 or more, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid wasting your time and money.

So I did like the atmosphere and food at Side BAR but I made a reservation on OpenTable so my friends and I could all watch the game together and when I got there they said they would not honor it. They need to figure out how to turn off OpenTable for times that it is unavailable. Luckily I was early and managed to get a table for us to half stand around so I ended up enjoying myself but it was very stressful for the first 30 minutes to see how packed it was going to be and trying to get a table without a reservation. Good wings and tots, and the beer bucket deal is great for games days. Would go back but would call to try to get a table instead of relying on online reservations.

We made a reservation online for Sunday brunch, but when we arrived we were abruptly informed that they do not serve brunch on Sundays during football season. This important information was not communicated on their website or during the reservation process. We recommend visiting Headless Horsemen across the street for their unlimited mimosas for $25 instead.
