Ribalta Pizza - New York

Expect to wait over 30 minutes to be seated and over 45 for someone to take your order

WORST, most incompetent/unprofessional restaurant experience in my life. Our reservation was 8pm. They gave us the table at 8:30. From 8:30 until we left they kept pressuring us to order never seen this. At 9:40 when we were about to order a 2nd round of food/drinks they tell us they cant serve us anymore and we have to leave?! #1 no one told us there was a time limit when booked. #2 they should have given us the table on time. #3 even with all that, you NEVER kick customers out otherwise DONT BE in the restaurant business. The waitress manager were extremely rude and INCOMPETENT. I will make sure me or anyone I know never steps foot here.

The pizza was delicious and the Service was very friendly. We were 3 times there.

Both Pizzas were underdone to the point of a wet crust in the majority of the middle and not meted cheese. I was bad enough they comped one of two pizzas, totally disappointed.

Always Great food Glutten free options. The Glutten free pizza is amazing. Nice people, greta vibe
