The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning, as the new management does not seem to care about their customers.
Misleading prices! They charged the online order price, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they tried to charge extra for the meat. They held my food hostage and didn’t allow me to leave easily! Don't let them take advantage of you!
I’ve consistently had bad experiences with the sandwiches here. The guy making the sandwiches during the day has a terrible attitude and never gets my order right. Plus, the bread is always stale. I keep hoping things will improve and give them another chance, but I’m always let down. The two women at the cash registers are just as unhelpful. Their customer service skills are quite poor!
This is one of my morning deli's.Always clean, quick,great coffee hot or iced... thick tasty sandwiches,they don't skimp on the cold cuts or eggsAnd the juice and salad bar always fresh...
Terrible can’t even order food there English is the worse I’ve encountered in years, america stop back stepping and hiring dumb people!
