Oki Poke Ramen - New York

This was the best poke I've ever experienced. The ingredients weren't just thrown together and drenched in sauce; they were thoughtfully arranged, making the dish visually appealing. The sauce was perfectly balanced and not overpowering at all. The salmon tasted incredibly fresh. I will definitely order from here again!

I would have preferred it to be spicier and the bamboo shoots to be softer.

The delivery was prompt, and the food looks just like it does in the pictures online.

The volcano ramen here is outstanding! I really enjoy this restaurant; it's always calm and never too crowded. The service is incredibly quick!
