I recently had to order food over the phone due to not having my debit card. The person I spoke with had limited English skills and struggled to understand my order, confusing a lobster roll with an Alaska roll. After receiving the incorrect item, I requested that the correct order be delivered or I would leave a negative review. Additionally, I was told there was no change for the payment, and the delivery person attempted to keep a large tip. I insisted on receiving change and the delivery person had to make a trip to get it. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I would never return to this restaurant. Many of the workers here are rude and unprofessional.

Today, my friend and I entered the restaurant and tried to sit down, but we were completely ignored by the staff. Despite greeting them and asking for a table, they paid no attention to us. I would not recommend this place due to their incredibly poor service. They didn't even acknowledge our presence.

My husband and I went here for the first time August 28th because we were in the area and saw the great reviews. My husband ordered and the food was great. However, the service was bad. The man at the front counter was rushing us to leave. When we entered the place was empty and the sign said 4 person capacity'. We were told that in order to eat there we must pay a tip and the man at the front kept asking us ifwe wanted to go. Would not recommend.
