Now fuming, I got up an helped him… but guess what?! You need a manager to give a senior discount.. so this 83 yr old man was forced to leave the store, get in his car and go somewhere else. Why? Lack of customer service skills, lack of compassion and straight up disrespect.
I pulled in to the drive up menu and employee says they 'll be with me momentarily. I sat waiting for a few minutes then asked if they were ready and told me the exact same phrase, we 'll be with you momentarily . Got fed up and
The price for three burgers blew me away? $31.00 for combos and I could have been to the local seafood restaurant Blackbeards enjoying seafood platters with appetizers.. Save yourself from the attitude and substandard grease garage!!! Que asco!!!
To go window. Staffed by pleasant people these days. Food is consistent Wendy's quality. They were out of diet soda but this is first occasion for that in many years, so I am not marking them down for that. The unsweet iced tea was good. I miss their organic green tea from years past. But a franchisee has no control over that.
Never order through uber, door dash, etc. Not ONCE have they ever gotten my order right when ordering through said services!Almost always missing something or completely wrong items.
