The Nook Eatery - New Rochelle

This family-run restaurant is a hidden gem. Fatima prepares all the dishes fresh, giving you the feeling of enjoying a home-cooked meal. I personally love their Cheesesteaks, they are the best in town!

I was in the opposite and stopped at 16:30 on a Saturday. in the sitting area of the customers sat a woman on the phone. I opened the door and said hello and she called me and said: closed then I realized that she was the owner. then she walked out of my load as if I had done something bad. the opening times for the day said at 21:00 clock closed and the sign in the front was lighting open plays no role when they have good eating. To yell at someone who has done nothing wrong is unprofessional. whatever your home is tormenting, it is not that customers are guilty. this is my first review here because people should know about their bad attitude and not be mistreated.

The restaurant offers delicious food, but the service is terrible, and they are rarely open or answer the phone. Despite my efforts to dine here weekly, I have been consistently disappointed by their frequent closures. It is frustrating because the food is so tasty.
