I went to pick up an order and I had to leave because it would never come out and no one cared about me, they should

The delivery driver was phenomenal! I ordered a pizza for a friend to be sent to her apartment as a surprise. The driver listened while I explained where to go, and described the place. I felt terrible I did not have the door number but he was so kind and patient and understanding. He followed my (probably poor) directions perfectly and got the pizza to my friend!

Originally the order was to take 45 minutes. The email said 65 minutes it 55 minutes i called and was told it was in the road. The driver just arrived 50 minutes after he was supposedly on the road......he said he had not been in the road for 50 minutes. The food was hot so obviously the person on the phone lied.... The manager would not get on the phone with us. I will never order from here again.......

Horrible customer service, told 45 mins until they got my food delivered and it is now well over an hour. When I called the first time after ordering they told me the driver was in route, I called again 15-20 mins after that and they said the driver was on the road. They are rude, and I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't even get on the phone to speak with a customer to resolve the issue. I will never order through them again
