Kfc New Plymouth

The restaurant has a completely new team, and everything has greatly improved. The place is always spotless, and the food is consistently served hot—not greasy like it used to be with the previous staff!

The food was just a standard KFC meal. As for the service, there really wasn't any— we placed our order at the kiosk, and then our food was ready, but when we went to the counter, it was just sitting on a tablet without any staff around. The atmosphere was quite lackluster; it was just my partner and one other customer in the restaurant, so there wasn't much of a vibe.

This restaurant is in a convenient location for a quick meal. I visited on a Sunday for lunch and noticed that they were clearly understaffed, which resulted in a long wait for a simple meal. However, the staff were very friendly.

KFC had run out of coleslaw, there was nothing to tell you about this where you order. Our order was ready and on collection we noticed we had a whole lot of small potato and gravy. I went up to the counter and waited 20mins for someone to finally acknowledge me only to tell me sorry we have run out and she pointed to a small sign on the counter not at the order board system

Food was great. Service was terrible. The food dropped at the drive through, because the staff did not pass it properly. The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Bad experience for me.
