Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Orleans

Ordered root beer. I have Dr. Pepper. Drinks had no ice in them. I asked for ice cream. They looked at me like I had two heads. 4 pieces and offers. No BBQ sauce. No ketchup. The guy who picked up his food earlier came to the window because he didn't get his Mac and his cheese. He didn't get a Mac and cheese. was calculated for red beans. Didn't get them either. We were on the window and he came between my car and the window. The workers told him to come into the window. While I was on the window. I know the work is hard to come. Could close the store, too. You don't get what you pay for anyway. I hate seeing it. Popeyes used to be so good.

No sense of urgency. People waiting for 20 to 30 mins for food inside the store with a line almost out the door. Line of cars into the street. This place needs an employee and management overhaul big time! They have no idea what orders they are supposed to have ready for the counter. It is honestly an embarrassment. Not to mention how rude they are to the customers. If you?re trying to take a quick lunch, avoid this establishment!!!

HAIR IN MY FOOD Manager would not give me the ticket number after telling her she didn?t give me a receipt. They?re always rude. She gave no apology had no care to the hair being embedded in my chicken. Then on top of this she was the manager. So Wendy, should know that she wouldn?t eat it so why would she send it out, then have an attitude as a manager when I have the complaint. After waiting 20 minutes just to order.

I thought because the Popeyes in Louisiana was that it would be good I would be better chickens here at the gas station, I got a spicy thigh and it tasted when they cooked it with salt and oil only I had to for sauce just to eat it

I should have checked reviews before I came to this place. Worst Popeyes I've ever visited. Drive thru service was Iike they take 15 minutes breaks between orders. So if you want faster service just go on.
