Icecake was decent. Only the ice was good. Red velvet was dry. Total 6/10

Smells like the sky! Children loved the ice, I would recommend small size although they could not even eat half a medium bowl

Do not bring me napkins or lids or anything to deal with the melting ice. My ice cream was melted over my friend's car and my brothers, so I just paid $20 to have a mental disorder and sticky legs. Thank you for thanking

I ordered an ice-cream cake for delivery and it was melted and dipped against the box. Try to call the store and they have not answered and the customer service line has a 24 hour response time. Not happy.

Great ice cream and tons of flavors. They manually mix the ingredients in front of you to get your desired flavor. I liked that you can request more or less of a certain flavor in that mix. No sampling due to Covid which I don?t get because they don?t reuse the cups or spoons from previous customers. Enjoyed the process and will be back but only for flavors that I?ve already tasted.
