Subway - New Minas

I drive from wolfville to come to this subway because I get much nicer service here.

The bread was hard and not fresh. The prices were extremely high. We ordered three six-inch subs, two bottles of soda, and with an 18% tip, the total came to $52.00.

The food at this restaurant was great, but the prices were not. My favorite is just the standard meat sub. However, the new numbering system for ordering was confusing, as I couldn't see a regular sub option. Also, the accent of the sub sandwich maker made it very difficult to understand. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that workers speak and understand English well enough for customers to place their orders easily. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my sister, who had trouble communicating due to a stroke. Prices have increased significantly, with half subs costing as much as full subs used to. While my sandwich was good, the high prices were a disappointment. Overall, I do not believe it is worth the cost, but others may have a different opinion.

One of the older staff members went above and beyond for me! I had my friend with down syndrome, who doesn't like vegetables, with me. Thank you!

I work in Coldbrook and I drive to New Minas to get my food at this location. Ingredient quality is fantastic and most importantly, portions are what they should be. Thanks for your great service, it doesn't go unnoticed.
