TL:DR Expensive salad made quickly by friendly employees.Saladcraft is a great concept that has become a victim of spiraling food costs and other issues. When they opened, Saladcraft served high quality signature and custom salads with fresh ingredients. Looking back, it seemed too good to be true. Huge salads, the lettuce was in the background, and plenty of chosen protein. They did a great job for a long time but the last six months to a year are a marked drop off in quality.As time has marched on, they have stealth edited out high cost ingredients from certain signature salads and frequently are out of others (like today 50% or more of toppings were unavailable). And they have raised the prices too. This is the opposite of holding a market. Sometimes you operate at a loss to gain marketshare and slowly raise prices. Here, they probably were operating at a loss and raised prices and lowered quality. It is unclear whether the portion control issues were features or bugs in the system.Finally, the front door has been broken for at least two years. Really?

For months now the business almost always is missing half the ingredients including lettuce. 70%of the time you are waiting for an employee to stop hiding in the back and assist you. And the smoothie business inside has an employee staring at you incapable of getting the other employee or making the salad either.

This used to be a decent spot to get a good size salad. It 's progressively gotten worse over the last few months. They seem to never have enough staff so everything takes forever. The freshness has gone downhill as well. The last time I went in there to order a salad, the card reader wasn 't working and they don 't take cash so I had to come back another day. That day I ordered a salad and they got the entire order wrong. I 've tried mobile ordering using the snackpass app but that almost always says temporary paused probably again due to staffing issues. Today was the final straw, tried to place a mobile water kept saying, paused. Finally, the order went through and I walked in the place 10 minutes later, and there 's no one behind the counter. Never seen a manager in this location. Just staff with no enthusiasm and no smiles. And now almost no ingredients and the ones they have are simply not fresh.

I went there today it said it opens at 11am. I got there the girl was just standing inside with the door locked looking stupid. It didn't open. They need better customer

Ive eaten from here a few times it was good. But today I found a rubber band in my salad.
