This is another gem in the clone of the hari nagar colony. this cafe tulpe is located directly at the rande of hari nagar and directly behind hari nagar phone exchange. this cafe tulpe is a beautiful place to hang swith family and/or friends. there are wheelchair accessible parking spaces and a entrance are available.
