Mcdonald's - New Castle

On my way to Delaware, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, on the return trip to New York, the same staff couldn't give me a 20% discount because their Wi-Fi was not working properly. Even though I couldn't use the app and coupon after downloading the app for the first time, I mentioned that there was a line of people behind me, but the manager just shrugged it off. I would have given this place 3 stars for the fresh and hot food, but because of the poor service, I won't be returning.

Quick service with a seamless experience, order was perfect, and the staff was very friendly.

It was quite busy, but my meal was served relatively quickly. My order was accurate, although they did forget my drink. However, that was easily resolved.

Very bad experience there are racism treating very bad for Asian, there is only one white guy not allowing people deal from MC app to use when they ask to redeem code, he only calculate them to play customers like a stupid head and don't give them the reception, I miss the old dame manager but they in the rest, I'm sad with this, I don't like coming anymore

Server was extremely rude. Handed me my food with his back to me talking with his coworkers the whole time. Just went here for the grandkids but seriously. Milkshake was very poor quality and not even frozen. Basically milk. I tossed it.
