Buffalo Wild Wings New Caney

Our first trip to Buffalo Wild Wings. Service was great even if the place was full at 2 for 1 night. Music selection was lively and wings were great

I made a reservation for my husband at this restaurant two days in advance. When I arrived about 10 minutes early, I found that the room we had booked was not yet ready due to another party still occupying it. The hostess offered to seat us at a table instead. I spoke to the manager and he found another accommodation for us, which we appreciated, but we felt this issue should not have occurred in the first place. The service was good, and the food was enjoyable. The waitress did a great job taking our orders and checking on us throughout the evening. Overall, the night ended up going well, but it seemed like there was some confusion or lack of organization at the restaurant.

For 2 adults and 2 very hungry grandes ordered. the food was approx. 45 minutes too late from the original eta of the app. boneless wings were cold and almost indelible. fries were the same. regular wings had normal taste, but also cols. worst $80.00 I have ever spent on supplying food.

Good menu, good ambiente, but I still have to come to this place and could order what I wanted. they always seem to be sold out of everything. sometimes cuts cheese, sometimes cauliflower, pickel. it's just weird. the service was not so great, and I will end there anyway.

Host took us to a table for two. We asked if he could get us a booth. He than took us to another table for two and asked “is this ok”? I stated again if he could put us in a booth, to which he replies very condescendingly, “ I heard you”. My wife and I left immediately. Obviously have zero interest in going back there. There is no need for any body from this establishment to respond. We have lots of eating options. Good luck!
