What is wrong with them to change the policy that you are only allowed to get one drink per meal swipe?

It takes more than 30 minutes just to place an order. The line into the store is always long and the store is always packed full of people. You can barely walk around since people are packed like sardines. There are only three cash registers, which makes the process of ordering super slow. And the food is bland, so it’s not even worth the wait. They say they have a lot of options but when you’re in the store, there are only a few choices available in the kiosk. You can get more and good quality food at the dining halls instead if you are using meal swipes.

This was extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. The staff was rude and uninterested in helping, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to get a menu and place our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor, completely unsatisfying and not worth the money. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone due to the terrible experience.

I havent even tried the food yet but i would just like to say.. the students come in like hounds all the time and the workers there can keep up with the pace!! they work super hard to feed hungry and tired bellies. Thank you!!!
