Montana Mike's Steakhouse

Even though they did make a few mistakes on the temperature of our steaks. Everything was good and very affordable. The staff was also very good. We were from out of town and found this place and really enjoyed it if I go back in town I'll visit them again. Just to be clear the entire experience was five-star I would not call this a gourmet restaurant but for the price you get exactly what you expect and more.

Tldr: Top notch service, delicious steaks at an affordable price. I came here because I wanted a ribeye and didn’t want to pay $40+ to get it. I didn’t expect the best steak I’ve ever eaten for $22 and to be fair, I didn’t get it. The steak came out looking medium to medium well, I ordered medium rare. No big deal, I told the guy that brought it out it was good and started eating. It was very good, not exactly how I ordered but still very good. When my waitress came back she saw that it was over cooked and insisted that I let her fix it. I resisted at first letting her know I wasn’t picky and it actually was good, but she wouldn’t take no for an answer. She took the steak back and got it PERFECT and even got me an extra side while I waited for it to come back out. I haven’t gotten that level of service even when I have paid $40 or more, and I’ve also had steaks at that price that weren’t as good. This is my first time ever to any Montana Mike’s location and I can’t speak for the other locations, but this one in New Braunfels is doing something right! Good place, great steaks and out of this world pricing! The bread was delicious as were the sides and our waitress was an absolute joy! Came here to celebrate a special event and found this place would be good for a little bit of everything.

This is my third visit to Montana Mike's, driving all the way from San Antonio, and I must say it’s definitely worth the trip. I had the T-bone steak, which was cooked to perfection—delicious and juicy! The baked potato was also done just right. I usually don't use steak sauce, but the house-made sauce here is simply irresistible; I ended up buying two bottles to take home. Our server was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. I highly recommend Montana Mike's for your next steak dinner!

Fantastic food and service! My ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the hot buttered roll was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I can't wait to come back for another meal!
