Kfc - New Boston

This restaurant is consistently amazing. The service is fast and friendly, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend their 3 PC Chicken Box. The price range for lunch is $10-20 per person. Overall, I give it a 5 for food, 5 for service, and 4 for atmosphere.

I stopped at the KFC in New Boston, Texas and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a 3-piece crispy meal, got back on the highway, started eating, and was disappointed. The food tasted terrible, similar to day-old Williams Chicken. When I called to complain, the manager was defensive instead of friendly. The food and customer service were both awful. However, the person working the drive-thru had great customer service. Overall, the service was for take-out only.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Our order was incorrect and the chicken had no taste. One of the dishes we ordered was supposed to be the original, but it was so tough that it was inedible. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The prices are too high for the low quality of the food. We used the drive-thru because of mobility issues. No rating for parking. Service was for takeout. The meal type was dinner.

My daughter had a tooth pulled today.. so we decided to treat her to some mashed potatoes from KFC.

We received excellent service and all the food was incredibly fresh and hot! Definitely a favorite!
