Subway - New Albany

The Dine in the area is rebuilt, clean and bright. The staff that seems to be family-run was friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Recently I had a problem with a door- Dash order and the woman who helped me was so kind, apologised and was quick to fix the problem, up and beyond. Also the food was very fresh, bread was fresh and soft... Everything about great experiences here.

Didn't expect much from a subway, but this facility was beyond my expectations I only had to write a review. Changes inside, but the second in which we went, we were welcomed. The owner of the store made our sub-parts and she talked to us all the time. Ask questions and keep a strong convot. Family business. This is a great underground location! The workers here are super friendly and have a ton of grace for their customers. I also loved how fresh her food is! You can say they are proud of what they do.

Not sure if she is the manager or owner, but the wife greeting/updating people on their orders was excellent. It made sure everyone was on their orders, although it was super busy. Just what I'm looking for during my lunchtime!!

I was immediately greeted by the employees, who were greeting every single customer when they entered and left the store, and the vibe of the store was extremely positive. I went in feeling good about my day and left feeling amazing. Kudos to the employees working today! They were so nice. Food was made quick and efficiently as well. No complaints!
