Starbucks - Navy Yard City

Every time I go there they make my drink wrong. I will get the food however, but not a drink. I go to the one in Safeway, they make my drink perfectly! But anyway my friend wanted coffee so we decided to go here. It's been a while since I got coffee there maybe they got people who know what they're doing. WRONG!!!!!! Both coffee's tasted like burnt coffee. No flavor to them at all. I called to let them know and the girl was very snotty saying they'll remake them if we came back. But her attitude told me don't do it, so I said no thank you. They couldn't make it right the first time and the girl definitely don't like her job so why would I want them to make it wrong again? No thank you. So moral of the story is I'll never be back there again.

I just encountered a group of mean girls. When I tried to explain I don 't usually do this but my drink is half foam and it was 7 bucks she said ya well we shake it I worked at Starbucks for 2 years, I know how this drink is made and it is shaken woth foam held back to make sure you actually get a drink... so when we pulled back up to the window, all 3 girls ignored us, with their backs actually turned away from us. The one batista made the drink wrong again and then just decided to fill it up with milk, then the girl at the window laughed and handed me the drink... I was never rude and I hate asking to have my drink re made. I almost never get starbucks anymore because of how expensive it is and I for sure will not get it from here anymore. I hope the manager sees this and retrains the batista on shaken drinks as well as how to treat customers. I would never have treated someone that way. I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience today was a bummer. I ordered a matcha with oat milk and a steel cut oatmeal. Before I made it to work I realized the matcha was dairy (so gross for someone who doesn't consume dairy products gag). So I drove back and the sweet girl at the window apologized and remade it for me. This review isnt about her, she was great! Once I got to work I saw that the oatmeal didn't come with any toppings? Usually it comes with brown sugar, raisins, nuts etc. SOMETIMES they'll ask what toppings I'd like but not this time and there was not a dang thing in there but hot plain mush and a spoon.

Nice enough employees, drink wasn't made correctly, inconsistent drink quality here.
