Local mom and pop eatery using quality ingredients. I started with an Amber beer on tap which was perfect; Hubby ordered a Mexican Coke. My hubby started with the Albondigas soup and, having eaten it at many Mexican restaurants, said it was done right. We shared the Goat to Pizza, which was unique (think pizza with spinach, goat cheese sundried tomatoes and thinly sliced lemons. Yes, lemons. Delicious. NOTE, this is brick fired and 10 inch. Highly recommend. We ended the meal with the espresso bean Gelato. So yummy and a perfect soft consistency. We may have found our fave in Ojai. Next time we come, we will dine in the cute outdoor courtyard.
Paying for atmosphere cos food here is less decent than Olive Garden. I come out to not cook but could have made this pasta better at home : Pizza looks so mediocre too. Pomodoro tomatoes should be DICED not so chunky.
