Duchess Family - Naugatuck

HOW is this place not five stars? I didn?t know duchess could taste like this. Whoever is the cook in the morning June 22 this was AMAZING!? There was NO ONE in front of me either!! Try going to Ansonia duchess. You guys are spoiled rotten.. A1??????????

Food wasn't hot. I personally don't like cold hamburgers and/or French fries. I always liked Duchess, but they have gone down hill. Must be this new generation or something.

Waited 15 minutes with no one in the dining room. Fries were cold and soggy and I ordered a mushroom Swiss burgers. There were about 3 mushrooms all over the Burger. What's going on?

Same place. No improvement to blame the manager It.s clean. in the menu. In any case, a revision Dutchess does not seem to care much about the Thier facility

I was here 07/23/2022. I liked this place before. but until today! The hamburgers had a funny smell, it doesn't smell like a grill and stinky fries (old oil. disgusting I returned it! I lost my $10 dollars. The two cookers with their long hair and beards without covering them. I never come back here again. very bad experience.
