Magee's Patio Cafe - Natchitoches

The cashier was back and forth trying to take my order , then the cook was like hey just yell what I wanted to order . Food was room temp and after I couldn’t get the drink I wanted . I asked for an mixed icee and I was given a fruit punch high-c . Like I spend $15 just so my food could still be messed up smh

The place had a really unnatural smell! The food was mid. Honestly the food wasn’t worth it!

The place was nice and clean, the staff was nice, but the food... was horrible. At least for us. Beware of the pricing. The food is much higher than how the menu makes it appearSteak fingers were not only piping microwave hot, soggy, and limp. They had no gravy, and seemed like they were frozen just minutes before.The shrimp poboy I had was cold and had the appearance of being stepped on. Shrimp looked, tasted, and felt frozen.Fries were cold, un-seasoned, and soggy.We ended up throwing our food away, $30+ish for a poboy, and steak fingers made from frozen cosco like bagged food. It would have been ok if they were even remotely good.The shrimp poboy was just so sad and made me feel sick within 20 minutes.Would not recommend, and would not go back. It 's such a shame. I should have read the reviews. Seems like it was good once, but everyone there was throwing away half eaten baskets. No one was asking for a to go.Be careful, I still feel horrible. Posting this the night of eating there.

I love Mcgee's. Every time I come into town I stop there for the steak finger basket.

Little college joint doesnt appear to be far from campus. Food was good. Chef was hilarious and nice he was on top of it food was good (forgot pics) I had the seafood stuff potato huge and lots of shrimp and crawfish, it came with a cheese sauce it was ok potato was soft and buttery and seafood was great, I think an parm sauce or white sauce would make it better. My friend had the burger and said it was delicious and seasoned well. Would def stop here again their menu is huge so lots to choose from.
