The Kitchen Bistro Piano Bar - Natchez

Great food. we will be back and cat ask to help us.

The restaurant is small and no reservations were claimed until 20:30. we went in at 19:00 clock and could sit in front of the kitchen, where all meals are prepared, at the front counter. as best places in the house. we saw the owner/cook, sous cook and manager working as team to prepare every dish for the entire restaurant. we came because eating is very rated and we were not disappointed. we expected slow service based on reviews, so we enjoyed a cozy meal. water and drinks arrived immediately and we enjoyed cooking when we waited for our food. the personal could not have been more friendly!

They were terribly understated. as the waiting staff and the management treated, it was a great disappointment. our waitress wouldn't communicate with us. when we forced her to do so, she did not apologize or empathed her. she was more interested in how it affects her. the management came around after we were there for 2 hours and there was no need to know how to save them at night. they should have offered a free cocktail and be sincere in their apology. but we didn't get. because there was no meal in itself and no estimate of the delivery time, we decided to go. very disappointing.

Eating was excellent! the drink service was slow. we expected a waiting time for our meal because they are made to order, but our server did not refill us for drinks and water.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was excellent in ALL regards. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was romantic and cozy and the service was excellent. I was afraid that the piano would be too loud for conversation, but it wasn't. The pianist was fantastic and the volume was perfect.
