Roma Pizza Pasta

The food here is delicious and the service is excellent.

The service at this restaurant was very unfriendly and the pizza was the worst I have ever tasted. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, olives, peppers, and onions, but what I received was a pizza with just black olives and no red sauce. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was incredibly rude, accused me of lying, and offered me only a $5 discount on my next pizza. I simply could not bring myself to order from this place again, especially after paying $25 for a pizza that was missing key ingredients.

We used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but our last order had an issue, which was unusual for us. We later found out they have new ownership, so we understood that they may be adjusting. However, when I called to place an order tonight, the person who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked about the new ownership, he snapped at me. It's unfortunate that they didn't recognize us as loyal customers, but we have decided not to patronize them anymore.

The worst customer service ever if you disagree with them they insult you and curse you, I will never return to this place
