Loved this coffee house! Stopped in multiple times during my visit to Nashville. Lots of seating, great staff, and even better coffee.

Horrible customer service. Employee at cash register wouldn’t even look at us when we ordered, rolled her eyes while we were ordering and got it wrong… Couldn’t even be bothered to do her job correctly. Ordered an iced latte got it hot, and it wasn’t steamed well (I’m a former barista so I know it definitely was poorly done). I was standing and waiting for my drink, they just put the cup down and didn’t call out the drink or name and when I asked they said “I don’t remember the drink order and there was no name because the register person didn’t put a name on the order”. Horrible experience.

I loved my trip to elixr! The staff were all so friendly with each other and towards me, they made me a great drink. Exactly what you want out of a local coffee shop!

Best espresso I had in Nashville. Ended up bringing some beans home with me too. Service can be hit or miss depending on who is working but it was mostly great!
