He is beyond fabulous!! He is super personable. Not to mention his guidance on some of the food items were top notch spectacularly delicious!! Plus you got to get a tulip cookie I mean who doesn't like the shortbread cookie that looks pretty.
The personal discriminated against an older man with his service animal. the animal had a correct identification, but he was still forced to eat outside, he took a table of himself in the back corner and was not disturbing everyone who was dog like a angel. her argument was that he didn't wear west, but the law says that if there is a proper documentation, the animal doesn't have to wear a west. ignorant staff. panera should make sure that her personal is aware of the right of men because this is illegal.
In a time when employees are hard to come by and the supply chain is absolute chaos, this Panera gets 5 stars from me. If you’re the kind of person who gets frustrated with out of stock this and that, or you’re in a huge rush this is just me repeating what I’m gathering from other reviewers, not speaking about my own experiences then definitely stay away from…honestly any Panera location. Maybe any restaurant, ever, at all, right now.I have had nothing but amazing experiences here lately. Everyone I have interacted with has been so incredibly kind that I could have cried haha. A couple of weeks ago I had someone who was so patient and sweet as I chose so many different bakery items, and today someone else was so kind and welcoming, intentionally complimenting me and calling me by my name. It’s these little things that make me want to come back and this Mexican street corn chowder, wow Thank you Panera friends for making these long days spent at the hospital visiting my dad suck a little less!!
I've ordered from this location a few times, for delivery to my work for meetings. All I can say is every single time... they are timely, professional and organized. It's breakfast food, not much to screw up there: bagels and cream cheese and fruit, oh my! I'll continue to use them for breakfast meetings as I've not had a bad experience yet. Thanks team!
Today, I found it hard to get out of bed as I was weighed down by the uncertainty of a possible cancer diagnosis. Sean knew nothing about my situation but greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He kept me informed about any delays and showed the same level of attentiveness to every customer he interacted with. For a little while, he helped me forget the struggles I’m facing, and we even chatted about being from Saint Louis and how Panera is known as Saint Louis Bread Co. Thank you, Sean. You truly make a difference.
