Kfc - Nashville

Wish I could give them a no stars. Ordered one simple meal with 3 sides. They said they were out of Mac n cheese. So my husband said he'd be back. He gave them the time they said it would take to make some more. When he got back, it was thesame.....we're out. Ok. Just substitute with mp. Comes with 3 sides. They put 2 in there and no biscuits. This meal with 8 pc ofchicken and 2 sides only costs 27. I called to get a refund. No answer. For over an hour...no answer. My husband said theemployees were rude and acted as if you were bothering them.

Around 5 pm I tried to get a 12 piece meal, apparently they only had six pieces left.so they told me no, I could only get six pieces. Seriously lol. Couldn't believe they run a restaurant like that.

I have traveled all over the world and have never been in a kfc! where the hell is so small, and the staff is very rude and hood! no customer service, no smile! I wasted my time or my money not! recently to rest and moved to nashville, At,!and I drove to hope or texarkana! it is so bad kfc must pull there sign and sponsor ship! they are the only restaurant that sells huh in this city, so it market shares should be out of the dach, we need churches or chicken express a s a p! kfc is not at all interested in making money! they even want to answer the phone or order it right there!

Great service, clean serving and dining area and, as always, delicious well prepared food.

I was told 12 minutes to make my chicken sandwich. Pulled to window. was handed a bag. I said I thought it was going to be 12 min. He said I didn't think we had any ready. Sandwich was dried out and not made properly. I will not be eating here again because food was not decently fresh.
