This location used to be the greatest, now, they don't take their time, they give you half portions and it wasn't even close to being warm when I got it. The grits were not cooked properly, The steak tips seemed like they gave me the last portion. The best part was the eggs they were cooked well. The casserole was unappealing at best. Also, the last time this happened, the regional manager just happened to be there and said he would give me a credit, to no avail. I still haven't seen those points.
Good food wherever we are. Server forgot our bread but otherwise the service was good.
Short handed again now at this CB. Hostess left, no one to seat us till we asked twice. It was 8 pm so pot. Class. Was the scraping of the last in the pan not very good. Forgot our bread completely never got it. Waitress was friendly but disappeared to back for some time. This keeps happening at CB. Are they paying peanuts? If so they might as well hire monkeys as they might show up to work. CB you are losing customers and if ur help relies on tips the loss of patrons means loss of their income. I can say we don’t visit CB as much due to this problem. And I have been a patron since your first store opened in 60’s in Lebanon Tn first and only restaurant) shame as ur attempt to improve ur menu you failed to address ur staffing issue
This location is a consistently good example of the great CB experience. As anywhere else be patient when they are busy they do work hard to take care of you.
