Asahi Japanese Sushi Bar - Nashville

This is a place worth waiting. The latest time we ordered Takeout, we decided that we would never come again before we even got our food because it took so long. When we finally came home with Sushi, we were so wrong. It was some of the freshest sushi we ever had in Nashville. We'll be back soon!

Great! Such a small place, but HUGE Flavor!!! I loved my visit there as she hadExcellent Line up from Maki reels!!! I'm a big fan of sushi, especially sharp roles. This restaurant has amazing spicy roles, such as Spicy tuna/yellow tail, Spicy Scallop, Wasabi Roll, and my favorite, volcano roles!!! Sushi cook (Luke? was so nice and the waiter was so friendly and friendly. Very recommended.

Great little sushi place.. This is a great hole in the wall for sushi in Belle Meade. The sushi is excellent, although prices are steep. On top comes every 1 order Nigri as 2 pieces. Your scallop nigiri is amazing.

I tried this place for the first time and it was absolutely fabulous. I would almost always go to a Japanese restaurant for sushi, but it was lunchtime and I felt more like a sort of Teriyaki combo. So I got the Teriyaki salmon, and it was absolutely the best I had in my life. The miso soup was deeply colored and tasteful, the salad and ginger dressing fresh, and the salmon came out sizzling/steaming and perfectly boiled (the skill remained hot the whole meal! I can't wait to go back and try the sushi.

A safe haven for tired souls in the greater Nashville area. Had the pleasure of bonding with the owners, who are nothing but warm and welcoming. The food matched the cozy atmosphere and was top notch. Especially the brothy items. Definitely would recommend reaching this rather secluded gem of this city.
