Speaker's Corner - Crowne Plaza Nashua

First they change from a large prime rib buffet to place it. now, last week, I get on the website to get a reservation for Saturday, prime rib night, when the first thing that appears is a huge display for the Italian night on Wednesday. my man really liked the sound of the (it was a great concept) so we decide to make a date night on Wednesday. at the arrival there was not a soul in this restaurant. I made the comment I guess I didn't need a reservation for the Italian night! he said oh, we haven't. they canceled it a few weeks ago. again, disappointment. there is nothing on the regular menu at my man or call me. no matter, because in all honesty we started to go there because we love the bar. it is a great place to meet good people and to conduct good talks while enjoying a drink. frank, the bartender, is one of the best! Now that the place is sold, I hope they don't ruin the cash!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The staff and management were attentive and knowledgeable, making sure everything ran smoothly. The price and quality of the food can't be beat. I will definitely be returning.

The terrace is stunning and the service is excellent. The fish and chips are incredibly large and delicious.

We went later in the evening, and our waitress was not terribly attentive. We asked for water (we gave up alcohol for a month) and were given tiny wine glasses of water, when I asked for a larger glass, she left a pitcher on the table and gave the indication that I should just serve myself (still drinking out of the tiny wine glass that was mostly ice). The food was average, though the enjoyment of the meal was somewhat tainted by the chlorine-smell wafting into the restaurant from the nearby hotel pool. The Boston Cream Pie was EXTREMELY dry. We went because the restaurant week specials seemed interesting, and they were decent, but none of this was good enough to entice us back again.
