Poor Customer Service, My Coffee And My Food Disgusting.

Aside from the poor customer service I was dealt today the other employee made up for his coworkers lack of customer service. Also I have been pleased with the service from this store way more than disappointed so I will keep coming back as I can for my iced coffee.

The online ordering system has been down over a week, which sucks. Was told it should be back up in a day or two. Staff is very pleasant! Food and coffee are good and priced well! They need a bigger espresso machine!

Not only did it take us 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches but I saw the girl mak8ng my sandwich put my bagel on her finger like a ring and waving it around giggling. GROSS. And to top it if I specifically asked for butter on the side. Had a whole dang conversation about and no dang butter. Ridiculous. The only friendly one was the one with the blue hair. She was sweet and helpful.

I came in at 3am and had placed a mobile order. I went to pick up my order and saw this written on my takeout bag. I really appreciate this, especially after a long night of driving and 2.5 hrs left to Dallas. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this certainly was the best one.
