Golden Chick

The chicken is undercooked! The owner Edward is rude and unapologetic. If I could give zero stars I would've. Avoid this gas station nightmare

Quick, fresh food. I enjoyed the shrimp combo for $6.99

I ordered two catfish meals for Good Friday with sides, thinking that golden chick makes their food fresh. When I got home, the okra was stale tasting. The fish was mushy and hard on the outside. The dirty rice was mushy and tasted off like it might not be good anymore overall Both me and my wife were very disappointed and were unable to eat our dinner. I attempted to call the location to see what they could do to rectify the issue but no one answered. I am handicapped and getting back-and-forth to this location is not exactly easy for me. We ended up having to have something else delivered for our Good Friday dinner. I feel like I threw away almost $40. I don’t think I will ever go back to Golden Chick again the quality has definitely gone downhill.

Employee gave our food to someone else. We had to wait longer for good and they question my order when we paid online.They employee needs to be more accountable and accurate when giving food out if online order.Need to be marked as online order to help the employee identify order pick up for online orders.Very very upset.

The fried chicken at this location was good,but the golden roast chicken was overcooked badly and very dry, the okra was very good and cooked just right, the other sides was good
