Birdie's Social Club

Great place. Great food. Great people. Had a great night singing karaoke with my lady and the kids! We keep coming on Mondays due to John and Wulfgang. Love the staff. I wish they owner would do a better job promoting Monday nights. I almost skipped it due to being advertised as Cowgirl Karaoke. No thanks. However, Wulfgang does an incredible job, and I appreciate what he does. See you Monday. Good times. Edit: After not paying your KJ what was agreed upon, and then trying to lowball him, I have to lower this rating. He was awesome. Your marketing people are the issue. Trying to get us to replace him was an even worse choice. If you want a successful karaoke night, support your KJ. He knew how to make it work. Having Esther reach out to my girlfriend the next day by Esther offering $100 was an even bigger slap in the face. John is the only saving grace. You really need to reevaluate your marketing practices. Terrible.

My friend and I sat at the bar and waited 25 min to even be acknowledged by 2 bartenders working. It was a Friday happy hour, and it wasn't extremely busy. They walked around the bar multiple times without even looking our direction. We basically had to beg for service and get up to get their attention. When we realized the lack of awareness, we decided to order a pitcher of margaritas since it was apparent we were being ignored. At the end of the night I tried for 20 min to get someone's attention to even close our tabs. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible. I've never felt so invisible in my life.
