This hotel is very nice and affordable. I recommend it for others to stay. It has very clean sheets on the bed and a nice bathroom, tv, fridge, towels, wardrobe, couch, table, kettle etc. I thought the buffet breakfast was perfect, anything you desire from breakfast food, toast and weetbix great! The yogurt and fruit so yummy! I didn’t try other items, but they had a range of breakfast cereal and hot food like eggs, bacon and beans. Slept so well in their clean beds. Would come back if staying in the area, only it’s a little bit away from Canberra cbd. Food drinks: Breakfast buffet was yummy and had good variety.

I am a fan of this charming hotel! I typically stay for one night for business, and the reception staff always provides excellent customer service. They even offer a small carton of milk upon arrival. The hotel is located just outside the Parliamentary Triangle, but it is affordable, extremely clean, and cozy. If you have stayed at the Forrest Hotel/Apartments, you will find this hotel to be much better. They offer free WIFI, exceptional customer service, and the restaurant/room service is average (I did find a hair in my meal once, but these things happen). I recommend going out for dinner. The hotel may look like a hospital from the outside, but rest assured, the beds are very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable, good if you want to be on the south side of the city. only 15 minutes to the city. patchy service of the room. good parking. the restaurant did not use this time, but it is good. room: 4 service: 3 location: 4
