Exceptional Food, Great portions and selection, lovely choices of wine and beer. Hoped to pop in for a drink, but as it was a small restaurant, we were asked that tables be kept for food service initially. The food looked superb. We mad a trip back the next day and were not disappointed, the food was written on an old fashioned chalkboard, but the waitress was more than happy to explain the dishes, great value and portions are generous. Felt like the most authentic Italian food of the trip, away from the pizza. Will visit again.
Looks good from the outside, but the food and service was less than abysmal. €5 salad was just shredded Lettuce and the calamari was tough. Waiters were just not interested or polite. Avoid!
Defo one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever tasted till date despite the long wait. Please get the one with the onions… I will be dreaming about this
First off, not a critique, but a heads-up; there isn't much help languagewise, which may be expected. Secondly; the food is a little pricy, compared to other very good options in the same area. We got our food, the potatoes was not freshly cooked or even varm. Also the meat was partly done as requested (medium) and partly raw. When we made the waiter aware of this he was very unapologetic, hence this review. But the beer was nice and cheap! Overall, would not recommend.
