Panera Bread - Naples

Nicole and her team made things happen for both our catering order and an extra order we needed to make at the last minute. My guests were very complimentary of the quality and freshness of the items in their box lunches.

Drive through service is horribleWaiting in line 20 minutes to order and than another 20 minutes to get food.Horrible service. Or

Not having someone to take your order and fully relying of these poor kiosks is stupid. Apparently, they don’t want to hire people to clean the store either or ensure the coffee is full in the dispensers or if it is hot. Sad that companies like these think they can automate their way to higher profitability by not hiring real workers.

Staff is friendly and the store is clean, just don't expect any sort of fast service. Not happening, you get your food when you get your food. Not so helpful when you're making a delivery and trying to be quick, but the food is really good.
